ICL Awarded Track and Trace, Invoice Audit and Freight Claims Management Contract by BMW Group Canada

ICL Inc, the leading provider of finished vehicle supply logistics software, has been awarded the track and trace, invoice audit, and freight claims management contract by BMW Group Canada.
ICL is set to transition the outbound vehicle logistics visibility software and support services from long-time provider ITC Transrate, effective January 1st, 2022. ICL’s VLMS (Vehicle Logistics Management System) will be used to control master logistics data and automate common logistics tasks associated with shipment tracking and invoice auditing. The BMW team can focus on optimization and improvement of their logistics network. ICL will also manage the claims process, a first for ICL, which entails working directly with dealers and logistics service providers to resolve freight claims.

This is the second award from BMW Group for ICL in less than a year. In July 2021, ICL was awarded the IT and business support contract from BMW Group AG for global management of vehicle routing, special handling, and master transport data.
