ICL has developed a web-based, event-reporting and invoice-approval system that allows any small carrier with access to the Internet the ability to report pickup, delivery, and invoice for work performed via a secure website. Most importantly, this allows a manufacturer to capture all event and cost information in one centralized database, eliminating the need to process paper invoices.

NON-STANDARD
MOVE
Managing non-standard moves can be time-consuming. ICL provides a solution that eliminates the need for manual billing. This allows customers to coordinate and monitor the transportation and invoicing for all vehicles shipped to non-standard locations, such as auto shows, dealer buy-backs, stock transfers, etc. Customers can even track and manage the bid process when establishing these moves, insuring they have complete historical record of all aspects of the move.
ANALYTICS
ICL offers a complete Analytics solution, giving customers the ability to quickly and easily create regular and ad-hoc reports and analysis. This system allows users to analyze data from multiple dimensions, with the ability to generate and save reports that can be used individually or shared across the entire organization.
MOBILE APPLICATIONS
While our web-based tools are user-friendly for hand-held devices such as cell phones and tablets, we are building mobile applications such as ICL’s electronic Proof-Of-Delivery. Our ePOD application is a cloud-based integrated mobile solution for real-time electronic reporting of the vehicle pickup, exception notification and delivery process. We continue to develop mobile applications that will enhance the service we provide to our Finished Vehicle Supply Chain customers.
DAMAGE EXCEPTION
MODULE
Our Damage Exception Module greatly enhances our VLMS system by capturing vehicle exceptions anywhere in the supply chain from plant to dealer. By having all vendors report damage exceptions through the one system our customers can better determine the location, possible causes and responsible parties when damage occurs. Our analytics tools will also enable our customers to quickly determine and rectify repetitive damage anywhere in the supply chain.
